The Nimatic 2430E Oil Skimmer
With a built-in Oil Separator the Nimatic 2430E Oil Skimmer returns up to 90% of the skimmed liquid emulsion and removes only the wast oil
The Nimatic Oil Skimmer removes tramp oils (hydraulic oil, spindle oil etc.) from the surface of the metalworking fluids / coolant. Tramp oils should always be removed, not only to increase the life of the coolant or metalworking fluids and also increases the life of your cutting tools, but it will also ensure optimal working conditions inside the machine.
The Nimatic 2430E returns up to 90% of the skimmed liquid emulsion and sends only the waste oil out of the waste pipe. This is possible because of the build-in Oil Separator.
Easy and simple installation with magnetic base
The Nimatic 2430E has a magnetic base stand which holds the unit in place on your coolant tank. As well as the 600mm belt supplied with the unit there is a range of other standard belt legths to suit individual requirements. It comes supplied with a power adaptor which you plud directly into the mains and leave it to work.

The 2430E is quick and easy to set up and will fit almost every size and type of coolant tank. Once in position and plugged in it removes approximately 3 litres per hour and is almost maintenance free.

The Nimatic Emulsion / Coolant Mixer
Ensuring accurate and consistent blending of your water based coolant / emulsion and any other liquids to be mixed with water.
The Nimatic Emulsion Mixer / Coolant Mixer is extremely simple to install and operate and is driven by the water pressure alone so no additional equipment or power is required. Just switch on the water supply when re-filling your coolant tank and the accurately mixed and blended liquid is dispensed. This saves you time and money which you can spend on more important jobs within your company.

The Nimatic Coolant Emulsion Mixer was developed back in 1997 because it was felt that the other mixers on the market were just not reliable enough or only able to blend step-wise and not in an infinitely variable range.
The coolant and cutting oils that you use are expensive so you want to avoid wasting it by mixing it at the wrong concentration and or mixing more than is needed. Also, running your machines with coolant mixed to the wrong strength can have detrimental effects on both the machine and the work-pieces. Nimatic looked to solve this issue with a Coolant Emulsion Mixer that was compact, portable cost effective and essentially, reliable.
The result is the Nimatic Coolant Emulsion Mixers available in five different models having Aluminium, Brass or Stainless Steel Bodies for various flow rates and mixing strength ranges. These mixers have a unique dosing system that prevents blocking with a variable regulator valve that adjusts the mixing ratio precisely to the user’s requirements.
The Nimatic Coolant Emulsion Mixer fits directly into your Coolant Barrel and attaches to your water supply. You just open the tap and the coolant is delivered mixed to the strength and quantity that you need.
The Nimatic NRC-200 Reversible Coolant System Vacuum Cleaning Unit
Easy installation, driven by compressed air and capable of pumping up to 200 Litres in less than 4 minutes.
The Nimatic NRC-200 Reversible Cleaner is and easy to use vacuum cleaning system for emptying, cleaning and re-filling liquid tanks like coolant systems on your machine tools. Simple to fit onto a standard 208 Litre barrel and easy to operate. It is driven with compressed air and is tested and set to a maximum safety pressure (in the drum) of 0.25 Bar, with a running pressure of 2 Bar.

The Nimatic NRC-200 Reversible Cleaner fits easily into any existing barrel / drum which has the standard ¾”RG and 2”RG thread. It is driven by Compressed Air so is easy to power from your current air supply. It is tested and set to a Maximum Safety pressure (inside the drum) of 0,25 Bar, with a running pressure of 2 Bar. which is secured by a pilot valve inside the unit.
If you are cleaning out a coolant tank for example, the Nimatic NRC-200 can suck out 200 Litres of liquid in less than 4 minutes. If you then want to decant this liquid from the barrel the unit is easily switched into reverse and can empty out that 200 Litres in less than 5 minutes.
