Types CE/CEG – compact precision design for mechanical processing

The centres from our S series and A series offer the user an economic solution for almost every standard workholding situation.
From turning, CNC turning, cylindrical grinding to measuring and inspection centres of both series fulfill the high requirements of performance, precision and tool life.

2 Coolant deflector

A deflector integrated into the through-hardened centre spindle deflects most of the coolant.

3 TOP SEAL SYSTEM

Bearings are reliably protected from the ingress of dirt and coolant by the deflector integrated into the centre spindle and the TOP SEAL SYSTEM.

4 Precision bearings

with precision ground bearing seats. Maintenance-free due to permanent lubrication.

5 Housing

of high tensile alloy steel. Head and shank hardened.

With the short anti-vibration design, maximum runout within 0.002 mm resp. 0.001mm and anti-friction precision bearings our types CSM/CSMG and CEM/CEMG are ideal for all measuring and testing work between centres.
