CNC external cylindrical production grinding machines
The S11 grinds small workpieces highly productive with a grinding wheel diameter of 500mm (20″) on a floor space of just 1.8 m2 (19.4 sqft). The S22 production platform can be ideally integrated into your production line. Both machines work with high speed grinding (HSG) up to 140m/s (27,600 sfpm). They also use the OPC UA interface to ensure secure networking. The S36 was in part designed to respond to increasing demand for e-mobility production solutions.

The S11 is a production cylindrical grinding machine for small workpieces. It has a distance between centres of 200mm (7.9″) and a centre height of 125mm (4.9″). It can machine workpieces with a maximum weight of 3kg (6.6lbs).
S36
The S36 was in part designed to respond to increasing demand for e-mobility production solutions. It has a center distance of 650 mm, a center height of 225 mm, and a grinding wheel diameter of 610 mm.
